Facilities Management
Planned preventative maintenance keeps building assets serviced on a defined schedule rather than after failure. Emprise builds PPM programmes around an asset list, manufacturer guidance and statutory requirements, then delivers and records the work so property and operations teams hold clear evidence of maintenance history and outstanding actions.
Facilities Management
Planned Preventative Maintenance from Emprise is specified around the site, the shift pattern and the systems in use, so the support provided matches how your operation actually runs.

Questions
Planned preventative maintenance is scheduled servicing and inspection carried out at set intervals to keep assets working and reduce unplanned failures. Schedules are based on the asset type, its criticality to the operation, manufacturer recommendations and any statutory inspection requirements that apply to the building or equipment.
We start with a survey and asset list for the site, then assign frequencies and tasks to each asset. The schedule is agreed with the client before it starts, so planned attendance, access needs and expected downtime are known in advance and can be coordinated around operational activity.
Minor remedial work identified during a planned visit can often be completed at the time. Larger repairs are quoted separately and carried out on approval, either through our reactive maintenance service or by a specialist where the asset requires particular qualifications or accreditation.
Yes, and most clients use both. Planned visits reduce avoidable failures while reactive cover handles faults that arise between them. Running both through Emprise means one record of asset history, one escalation route and consistent reporting across the estate.
Each visit is recorded with the tasks completed, the asset covered, observations and any recommendations. Records are made available for compliance files and audits, and are summarised in periodic reporting so responsible persons can see what is complete and what is outstanding.
