Our position

Emprise Service Group Ltd does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, debt bondage or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.

Our workforce

Identity and right to work checks are completed for every worker before allocation. Workers are informed of their pay rate, hours and assignment terms, and are never charged a fee to obtain work with us.

Indicators of exploitation — such as third parties controlling a worker's pay, documents or communication — are treated as a serious concern and investigated.

Our supply chain

Where we engage suppliers or other labour providers, we expect equivalent standards of employment practice and the ability to evidence them on request.

Training and awareness

Staff involved in recruitment and worker management are briefed on recognising and escalating indicators of labour exploitation.

Raising a concern

Concerns about labour exploitation involving our business can be raised through our contact page and will be handled confidentially. Serious matters are escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as the business develops. The approval details and review date will be added once formally signed off.
